Certified Veterinary Nurse
Pet care experience
From gowing up with multipe dogs and cats, to being a foster for them through the humane society and finally going to school to become a certified veterinary technician/nurse (CVT) - my heartfelt compassion for animals and their best possible care runs very deep. MY personal goal is to treat each pet with the utmost individualized respect and care they deserve while making sure they also have fun and some TLC during that time too! Since working in the veterinary medical field for 4+ years now I am very comfortable working with a WIDE range of animals including those with medical or physical disabilities. I am easily able to give medications such as insulin and any other oral/chronic medications as well- I have two rescued dogs of my own at home and they have had their fair share of medications too. I have training and experience to care for puppies and kittens all the way to our beloved senior cats and doggos.

Miranda is the most caring and conscientious person I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. She is a Certified Veterinary Technician with many years of experience. She cares deeply for all animals and would give the utmost care to your furry friend. I can honestly state that Miranda will be the best dog sitter you will EVER have on rover.com.
Miranda is an extremely responsible & reliable dog caregiver! Not only does she have a heart to love animals well, but she truly cares about their happiness and well-being. Her Vetinary Technician training is apparent as she she is very knowledgeable about many types of animals and knows how to respond to them in the most positive way. Information Miranda L. would like to know about your pet
Please let me know any details you can about your dog: Their general behavior(s), specific training/commands, any special diet needs (allergies or intolerances), if there is anything they become excitable or nervous over (cats, other dogs, bicycles, sirens/thunder, etc.) so I can be alert to these things and ensure the best situation for your furry friend.
A typical day
As someone who loves the outdoors and keeping active myself- I can definitely provide a fun and stimulating time for your dog: from changes in pace on walks when needed for our active pooches, to exploring new smells and sights, parks and green spaces, I love exploring just as much as they seem to!
