First and foremost, Milan LOVES dogs. She was unable to have one when she was a kid but that did not stop her from trying to care for others' dogs. When given the chance, she will dog-sit for our friend just to cuddle or love on him, Optimus, a malti-poo; or go over to play with another friend's bulldog. She has such a connection with dogs, that we call her the dog whisperer. It was amazing how they would respond to her. When she was in middle school, Milan was hired by a neighbor to walk 2 little Yorkies, her favorite by the way, because the owner saw how much they loved on Milan when she came around. Milan also spent a lot of time with her Nana's dog, Tyson, the cutest little Shih-Tzu. who eventually Milan was asked to care for permanently. Milan now waits for the opportunity to have her own dog, which she will receive as a college graduation gift from her mom. How do I know all of this, you ask? Well, I 'm her mom.
