Pet care experience
I've been around dogs my entire life but became especially interested in them after rescuing my 3 1/2 year old pit mix, Tucker. He has a handful of quirks (fear of people, anxiety, aggressive behavior, and stress) and has always been full of energy. I found through many training sessions with professionals that a tired dog is a happy dog. I will work with any and all dog breeds and have no problem walking and caring for dogs who are reactive. I prefer a meet and greet prior.
About Mike J.
Skills
Safety, trust & environment
I have a fear based aggressive dog at home so I do not offer dog boarding. I am available for overnights, drop ins, or individual walks. I will use whatever tools or methods you currently use to keep your dog comfortable in his/her current routine.
Information Mike J. would like to know about your pet
Let me know about your dog's temperament or anything special worth noting. I can give them medication but can not administer any injections. Also feeding times and stomach issues are always good to know so I can avoid certain treats.
A typical day
I will take your dog on long walks and can travel to dog parks or trails if you are okay with that. Always up for fetch and can continue any current training exercises you already do to help with progression.

Availability
I have a full time job M-F but am available most week nights and can usually work on weekends whether to drop in for a long walk or stay overnight.
