I am disappointed that after a repeat visit with Michelle, I’ve found conflicts rendered her unable to provide consistent care, despite taking on the responsibility. A neighbor’s report of a friendly but unknown guest (male, and unknown by me or my dog), reluctance/failure to disclose multiple lengthy conflicts, and finally coming home to the overwhelming smell of pet odor eliminator were all unsettling… but finding my pup stinky and her crate bed pee-stained was heart-breaking. While increasing demands of nursing school come at the expense of availability, attempts to compensate were not enough, and withholding such information from me was wildly inappropriate. I'd like to have discussed this with her prior to writing this, but having now ignored my inquiries for 2 days, I feel obligated to at least inform future clients of these unfortunate findings.

Michelle was everything we could ask for! She was amazing at taking care of all the boys but paid special attention to our blind dog Marti and his specific needs. We will be using her again and again. Thanks Michelle for the pictures of the boys during our time away it made us happy to see them being loved.
