Pet care experience
I grew up surrounded by dogs of all sizes--from Chihuahuas and Toy Poodles to Great Danes, Newfoundlands, and Dobermans (and every mutt in between!), I never lived without at least 3 or 4 dogs in the house. I have experience teaching obedience and agility. My mom and I started "ResQ Dogs" from our home, rescuing dogs from off the street or local shelters, loving them, training them, and placing them in forever homes. I am comfortable with any size, age, breed, temperament, etc. I treat every dog (and person!) with respect and kindness, and I feel most at home with a dog beside me. I'm responsible, dependable, and friendly, and I hope I can come love your furry family while you're away or at work!

Michele was great! She came and met my dog and I before dog sitting her. Always kept me informed of how my dog was, even sending pictures of her out on her walks. It's the first time I have used a dog sitter other then close friends/family. She made me feel at ease about leaving my dog with her.
Michele is so sweet and genuine when it comes to watching our big boy, Porter. He is usually anxious when we leave, but we came home to a happy pup and the pictures we received throughout the week showed that he was so comfortable with her spending time with him. Not to mention the beautiful condition she left the house in. We will use Michele over and over!
Michele is all you could ask for is a pet sitter. She truly loves my animals and respects my home. I have 100% complete trust in her and recommend her with the highest level of enthusiasm!!

I have no breed, size, or age preferences - I love them all! It's most helpful for me to know about an animal's temperament and needs before we meet. If they are high-energy and everybody's best friend, or if they prefer some time and space to get to know me - I'm happy to be whatever they need! Note: Housesitting requests are based on 24-hour periods. For "one-night" stays (e.g. 9am Monday through 12pm Tuesday), an additional day charge of $20 will be added for the time beyond the initial 24 hours.
A typical day
Your pet(s) will get much love during our stays!! I grew up with dogs on the couch, dogs in the bed -- happy, loving dogs and cats all over, and that is my pet-sitting style. (Of course I will respect any furniture rules you might have!) I will have plenty of time to stop by/hang out, so no one should have to wait for a potty break, and more than anything I'm just looking forward to spending time with your pets and giving them endless love and attention. I also really enjoy going on walks or jogs, so I am happy to get some exercise with the ones who need/want it, and just relax with the ones who'd rather do that. Whatever you or your pet needs, I would love to help!
