The most important thing for me would be to know the diet you have, the conditions in which you are (if anything you could not do any activity), all kinds of restrictions.
A typical day
I like to mentally exercise dogs since that way even the less athletic ones have fun! Usually I prepare some special toys with sweets inside, but with smells from my neighborhood that is full of new smells to discover. Not only that, we will also run a lot and take long walks if the little one wants it that way since I am a young person who trains.
