I have owned dogs all my life, also have about 20 years experience with cats. I currently have 2 dogs of my own, both are rescues (mutts) - Lanie is about 8 years old and a lab/shepard mix that we rescued from the Jacksonville Humane Society. Molly is a 7-ish yr old yellow lab that we are current fostering through GREAT Rescue, but we will be adopting her once she gets a clean bill of health. #fosterfail I also volunteer and foster (puppies, dogs, cats and kittens) for the Jacksonville Humane Society and GREAT Rescue of NE FL. I have experience with dogs from 1 hour old to 19 years old. I also have experience with special needs dogs, as well as dogs and cats with chronic and terminal illnesses. I am available for drop-in services or I'd love to board your pet in my home, where I would stay with them all day and make sure your babies are loved and well cared for in your absence. As a pet owner, I know it's difficult to find a good pet sitter and personally I believe keeping a pet in a home environment while their family is away is far better than a caged boarding facility. I always make sure to provide regular updates and pictures so you know what your pet is up to while you are away. My calendar does stay pretty booked, but I do overlap jobs when animals are dog-friendly, so besides my dog(s), there's usually another playmate or cuddle buddy for your pet(s) while you are away.
