Hi my name is Megan, I have spent my entire life around animals working with dogs, cats, fish, reptiles, horses and other livestock. I have experience working in the veterinary industry as both as a veterinary assistant and overnight attendant. Working as an overnight attendant and an assistant gave me the opportunity to assist veterinarians with emergency care, identifying and assessing animals that are in distress, triaging patients, checking vitals and administer medications. I also have a degree in biology at the University of Victoria where I took a special interest in both animal biology and animal behaviour. **About my home/services** I offer in owners home pet sitting to ensure animals are comfortable and in a familiar enviroment, I also offer daily or bi-daily checkins of pets. My walking services range from 30 minute to 2 hours walk with individual or multiple dogs at a time. **What to expect** While under my care dogs both dog and owner needs are assed on an individual basis. Where activities will range from from brief walks with lots of cuddles for the older or less mobile pet to long hikes or park play-time with the more active pets.
