Frankly, "disappointed" is an incredibly mild adjective for how we felt when we got home yesterday. Your reviews stated that you took excellent care of client's houses, as well as their pets, so imagine our surprise to everything we have discovered thus far. First and most importantly, The boys are NOT acting like themselves AT ALL. I TOTALLY UNDERSTAND that when they have a fight, it's terrifying and frustrating. I'm incredibly sorry you had to experience that, let alone twice. However, that's why we were so clear on what could happen and what to do if it did when we met with you. Also, in our meeting, we were very specific that they had e-collars that needed to be worn all the time they were socializing outside their crates, as well as behaviors that when exhibited, should be corrected immediately. When we asked you, point blank, if you had ever worked with a collar like theirs , you told us you were very familiar and had worked with them previously. You asked no further questions so we assumed you were "trained" in them. It was quite surprising when you ask how to turn the collar on and where the charging cables were 4 days into our trip. What had you done up until then? Then we noticed everything that was out of order in the house. The chairs in the den were out of place, the living room area was out of order- slipcovers not totally covering the chairs, pillows rearranged, socks stuck in a chair, barstool in the middle of the floor?, AC was on 69!, kitchen counter where the pet meds were kept had liquid ear antibiotics all over them where they hadn't been wiped down AND the syringes for the medicine had not been washed out, there were female panties on the floor in the bedroom as well as a pair of mens underwear, the cat litter boxes had not been thoroughly scooped all the way down to the bottom and why was there sooo much litter in them? Both TVs had been messed with the cable hookups and not put back right. There was urine under the seat of the guest bath toilet and they were cleaned before we left. The light was on inside the garage, and the mail was never collected,like we asked, and the mailbox was jammed full. There are actually some other things but I've made my point. When someone thinks they can trust you to come into their home to take care of their most precious possessions, it is your responsibility to be honest about whether you think you are capable of the job. It's unacceptable that you don't put things back as you found them or clean up after yourself; or follow all instructions completely.

I met Matt threw work. I am a nurse and i trust my patients in his care when i am off shift. He has always proven to be responsible, trustworthy and compassionate. I also trust Matt to care for my house, 3 dogs and 3 cats when i leave the state for upwards of 2 weeks. I would recommend Matt as trusted pet and home care without hesitation.
