I was a part of the vet program at south fork high school for three years. I became a certified veterinary assistant. In vet class I walked all kinds of dogs and made sure the area they were staying in was clean and had plenty of water.

While I am partial because Marissa is my daughter, you will absolutely love having Marissa spend time with your dog. She has taken care of our two dogs most of her life and is very caring and responsible. Further, in high school, she became certified in the Veterinary Assisting Academy. You’ll have great peace of mind having Marissa take care of your dog(s).

When at a clients home I make sure the area the dog is staying in is clean. I also make sure they have water and food if needed. I make sure to go through all the notes that are left for me to make sure the dog is safe before I leave.

A typical day
I love to play fetch with dogs and go for nice walks if they’re up for it. I love taking dogs for walks around their neighborhood so they are in a familiar place.

I currently am working and home from college but will be doing this whenever I can. I will be available Sunday through Monday from 11am to 5pm for all your dog’s needs.
