Pet care experience
I have been a dog owner for 25 years and volunteered as a dog foster for Lucky Dog Rescue of Arizona for 7 years. During that time I had the opportunity to train under Uschi Fuchs who has over 30 years of experience training dogs. My job as a foster was to make sure that the dog in my care was ready for his or her home so I taught basic commands, sleep routine, and car routine. I provided lots of love, affection, and play to all the dogs I fostered. I also have cared for other's dogs off and on since high school. I adore animals and volunteer as a foster when 8’m able to for All About Animals Rescue of Arizona. I would love to provide the attention and affection your dog or cat needs while you are away! I can provide care for all sizes of dog thanks to Uschi's training.

Marisa was fantastic during her time with our fur babies (dog and cat)! She sent daily photos of our girls and would give updates on how they were doing. Our dog is very nervous around unfamiliar people and a bit of an anxious dog in general, and Marisa took her time to get to know her at our dog's pace. By the end of the trip, the daily photos showed that Addie was comfortable, playful, and best self at home. It made being away from our girls more bearable. I was so happy with how Marisa took care of our girls. I highly recommend Marisa, and will book her again for any future pet-sitting needs!
Marisa did a fabulous job. She is my go-to dog sitter and is just wonderful.
She did an excellent job and took good care of our 2 little guys.

A typical day
I enjoy walks and I love some light hiking in the cooler months and a park is always fantastic! Fetch is a favorite or perhaps a game of a tug o' war with a rope! Sometimes the hose in the backyard is just the ticket when it is hot out.

I work remotely so I just need reliable wifi. Thankfully my job is fairly flexible and I make my own schedule each day. I can’t wait to meet your pet!
