Pet care experience
My background includes doggy day care assistance, dog walking and pet sitting. I have excelled in caring for up to 4 dogs at a time in doggy day-care environments and handling up to 5 dogs at a time on leash. In my current job as an independent Pet Sitter I visit the homes of clients to care for their animals while they are away; I make sure that pets are fed watered and walked and sometimes am asked to stay in the home overnight. Maria was very quick to respond to my booking request and so lovely in making sure she had all the info she would need in advance for my pets. She was very understanding and open to the needs of my dog Coco who has recently had a spinal injury, so had a list of specific requirements. Unfortunately due to personal circumstances, I had to cancel the booking on the morning of but Maria was so courteous and polite, despite it being quite last minute. Would definitely contact again in the future when I need a sitter just based on her lovely attitude

María was very accommodating of our last minute request. She took great care of our puppy Nancy and she came home very happy. This was our first time leaving Nancy at daycare but María was available and sent me updates throughout the day which put my mind at ease. Thank you María!
Maria did a great job at walking bailey, my 3 year old golden retriever, he was very energetic and loves to run around the park. I was very happy with her service, he was not in the least bit stressed after he came back to the house and she bonded very well with him. I will definitely ask her to frequently provide walks and dog sits for bailey. Excellent service!!

In my own home which has a large fenced garden where the dog can run and play freely, I make sure that all essential requirements like food and water are in site for the dog at all times. I make sure to take the dog out if it needs a potty break and I always am aware of what the dog is doing at all times to prevent any Incidents or inconveniences

In order to make sure that you and your pets needs are met . It’s important for me to know about certain health issues, injuries or food restrictions as well as diet plans that you’re dog may have. It’s also important to know how your pets react around others humans and animals as well as it’s behaviour in different environments. It is crucial for me to know this so that I can provide the best possible service for you and you’re dog. Lastly I will always put the dogs safety and well-being first, with this important information I will be able to plan ahead and satisfy the dog and clients needs.
A typical day
As a dog walker I always want to make sure that the dog I am taking care of us has plenty of space to run and release all of their energy. I tend to play chase with them and always have toys along with me so that they never get bored. I love jogging with dogs, sitting in the park and playing fetch as well as carrying treats with me to play obedience games such as high five, rollover,sit. I am highly educated in dog training therefore it’s always fun for me to teach new skills to dogs. I always establish a strong bond with dogs by giving them lots of love and attention .
