Good with all kinds of dogs and cat

Pet care experience

I've trained my own cat to do tricks as well as taken care of and trained my parent's dog who is 50 lbs. I've entertained, trained, and walked other people's dogs for them previously. I'm currently working from home part-time, so am available to check in on and walk dogs and cats at pretty much any time needed. I try to get out of the apartment at least once a day already, so a dog would fit right in. I have a cat in my home who is friendly to others and absolutely non-aggressive, but can also be safely put away in a bedroom if other pets aren't comfortable with cats. There is an inner garden within the apartment complex that is large enough to walk around without fear of running into the street, and there are also plenty of green gassy areas outside.

Margaret was so great with my dog, Moose, while I was out of town for a week. She was really attentive with him, sent daily updates, and even accommodated the fact that Moose is usually scared around cats. She also let Moose play with extra dog toys that she had, and had spare dog food on hand to give to Moose. I would trust her again with watching Moose or any other pet :)

Margaret was terrific. I was scared to leave my Maxwell, as he was a recently rescued cat, and I didn’t want him to feel abandoned again. He fought against getting in the carrier again, but Margaret sent me pictures showing him settling in. I was then scared he might not want to come home to me, but Margaret assured me that he was very vocal in expressing desire to go home. I have medical problems and am relieved to know o can count on her again to make my emergence less stressful. She even picked him up and dropped him home in a snow storm. I did tip her generously because she deserved it. Applies to both her and her partner! Thank you both!

Margaret was fantastic! She sent several pictures of our babies and our more touchy cat even let her give her pets and loved it! She clearly knows what she’s doing and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable leaving our kitties in her hands. Thanks again, Margaret!
