I've been working with dogs of all shapes and sizes for more than 15 years. I started one of the largest dog walking companies in the Bay Area almost a decade ago and sold it when I wanted to focus on training dogs full time. For most of my time as a trainer, I have specialized in rehabilitating aggressive and reactive dogs and have had wonderful success. I compete in high level sports with my personal dogs and have traveled internationally to do so. I decided to step back into boarding so that I can put some of my focus back into training my own dogs. I absolutely love puppies and am very good with providing puppies with wonderful, confidence-building experiences. I also have two very good puppy raisers (my oldest dogs Kayo and Remy) at home who have been raising puppies their entire lives. I can handle reactive and aggressive dogs, as well as dogs who are intact. Those dogs can sometimes be harder to find safe boarding situations for. Some human aggressive dogs I will not take on at this time because I no longer have other dog training staff. One of the biggest benefits of my years of experience is that I have learned how to help dogs find their comfort very quickly. Many dogs struggle in new environments and with new people. It's a skill and an art to know how to help that dog acclimate to the change as quickly as possible so that they are comfortable and can enjoy their time. Not everyone needs a trainer to watch their dogs while they're away, but many people find comfort in having someone with strong experience who understands dogs deeply.
