I provide a stable, quiet and relaxing home enviornment that is a short walk away from several dog runs and parks. I live in a two bedroom apartment near Union Square with my best friend who is also a fellow dog lover! While I have a million and one pictures of my dog Lucy, she lives with my parents. I helped raise her as a puppy before moving off to college, and have since worked with dogs of all types when I nannied during college. I work full time as an advertising strategist so I’m not available during the day, but I do have flexibility and can work from home if need-be. In the past, I’ve worked with dogs large and small, old and young, and have experience administering oral medications. If your dog is staying at my home, (s)he’s welcome to hop up and snuggle on the couch and bed (provided you approve!), and I live on the ground floor so older or disabled pups need not worry about any cumbersome steps! I am happy to have your pups stay with me! Please not the following: - For boarding, pups dropped off prior to 7pm or picked up after 11am are subject to a daycare fee - I work a 9-6 job, and while I have some flexibility with advanced notice to work from home, it’s not something I can do several days in a row. For that reason, I try to avoid week day bookings. - Please specify in your booking request whether your dog is both crate trained and/or house trained! If (s)he is not house trained, please provide wee-wee pads for any incidentals! - While I have experience working with resources guarding, I prefer not to. Any dog should with a history of resources guarding will be evaluated on a case by case basis.
