10 yrs of professional pet sitting!

Pet care experience

At just 2 years old, I made my very first best friend: our family dog, Hannah. Hannah was silky, patient, and prone to giving stinky kisses. Since then, I've spent a lifetime owning pets and caring for others' pets. If you were to entrust me with the care of your sweet pooch, he or she could count on long walks through the park with ample opportunity to sniff that one irresistible patch of grass (dogs know what I’m talking about), abundant cuddles on the couch, and tons of rump scratches. I’m committed to providing an excellent quality of care, and I promise to treat your pet as if she were my Hannah. 💖

So happy we found Madison! She did great with our dog reactive pup, sent plenty of updates, and was flexible when our flight back was canceled and we had to arrange someone else to pick him up. Will definitely be working with her in the future!

Madison did such a great job taking care of my anxious pup -- scary thunderstorms and all! She's super communicative and provides lots of updates and photos. We'll definitely be using her again!

Madison is fantastic! She did an amazing job taking care of our anxious pup. She was very communicative and messaged us with pictures and updates while we were gone. We were able to relax and enjoy our trip more knowing that our dog was in good hands. Already planning to book with Madison again!

These days, I work from home more than half the week, which supports me in caring for dogs who may need more supervision or company. Suffice it to say, I am equally open to caring for the more independent pup, and the pup who simply prefers to have a human at home. I’m always eager to discuss your dog’s needs, and see if my schedule is compatible with their needs.

Please let me know ahead of time if your dog has any special needs or behaviors that require specific corrective action (such as chewing, barking, or counter surfing). We can work together to strategize ways to keep your dog safe and happy during their stay with me.

A typical day

My favorite parts of the dog-owning experience include walks through the neighborhood and snuggles at night. Whether your dog is more aloof or totally affectionate, I love and respect all dogs and their unique personalities just the same!
