Pet care experience
I am an extreme animal lover! I have prior pet care experience but not on a professional level. I love developing a connection with the animals that I take care of, and I treat each pet as if they are my own. I’m willing to groom and bathe your pet if need be. I can tend to each dogs/cat specific needs and the owners. Although I am fresh to the rover scene I promise the best care for your beloved pet. Mackenzie took care of my older cat on a last minute request and she took excellent care of him! He seemed very happy and responsive to her, even though he can be suspect of strangers. She communicated regularly and sent me pictures, and she also took care of seedlings I had prepping inside before moving to the garden.
Mackenzie did an excellent job caring for our 2 elderly cats, courteous, and very prompt in returning messages. We are comfortable recommending Mackenzie and will not hesitate to work with her in the future.

Before sitting any dog I like to know their range in activity level, if they are fine being around other dogs, and of course their favorite treats and toys :)
A typical day
My favorite place to take dogs for walks is the beach, however I understand that certain dogs can not withstand the heat for periods of time. In this case I like to take dogs for walks at nearby parks that provide shade, or even dog parks for them to engage with other dogs.

Availability
I am available Mondays, Tuesdays, and Sundays anytime, Thursday before 11am annd anfter 8pm and Friday’s before 8am and after 3pm. Saturday before 8am and changes between after 1pm and after 5pm.
