Former service dog trainer
Pet care experience
I trained and fostered service dogs for a non-profit for a few years, training a range of dogs from 8 week old puppies to 2 year old dogs. I also have experience working in a boarding facility where I worked with both dogs and cats of all ages and sizes! And of course, now I have my forever fur baby that I spoil endlessly.
Reviews
Lydia did an excellent job taking care of our two cats. She gave them lots of attention which they loved and cleaned up their mishaps (wastebaskets used as toys!). I recommend her!
I’ve used Lydia a few times, she has done an excellent job with my pets. They can be quite a handful, but she goes above and beyond to make sure their needs are met and they are happy and comfortable.
This is the second time Lydia has watched my boys and she went above and beyond again. She sends great updates and pictures and the boys are always so happy to see her. I will definitely keep having Lydia back!
Our boys loved their walk with Lydia. She was able to tire them out even though they are terrible at walking on a leash.

Safety, trust & environment
No matter the service, I will send as many pictures/updates as you like- I know how anxiety-inducing leaving your pet can be. I am happy to meet ahead of time either virtually or in person to discuss the best care for your pet before you need me to take care of them.

A typical day
I am well-accustomed to working with dogs of all shapes, sizes, breeds, and behaviors! I know how to play with and walk high-energy dogs all the way to how to coax a shy, timid dog.
