I have been surrounded by dogs my entire life. Growing up we always had a minimum of 2 Golden Retrievers in the house that were very spoiled and loved. I even trained one of my parents newest Goldens to roll over and play dead :) My neighbors across the street also breed Goldens and allowed me to assist in the birthing process of the past 3 litters. Therefore, I have experience with pregnant/nursing dogs as well as puppies from day 1 to 9 weeks. In addition to my experience with Goldens, I also routinely would dog-sit/walk my neighbors dogs in the summers. This included a variety of different dog breeds such as a Labrador, Saint Bernard, Westie, Sheltie, Maltipoo, and Coton. I also nannied for 3+ years for a family that had a Dalmatian that I would assist in walking and taking care of.
