Pet care experience
I'm a Minnesota transplant who loves exploring Washington with any furry friend that comes my way. I grew up with a Springer Spaniel and Dalmatian, so I love spending time with dogs of all sizes and personalities. My dream companion would be a Great Dane, so even the largest of want-to-be lapdogs are welcomed. I recently completed my Master of Business Administration degree and pursued a new career, which has kept me from adopting a companion of my own. But this makes me the perfect candidate to house sit, walk or drop in on all your lovable dogs! I am currently working full-time in the Outdoor Industry. However, when I'm not busy at work, I enjoy training for my next marathon and discovering all the scenic places Seattle has to offer. I have roughly seven years of pet-sitting experience and have always enjoyed taking dogs on these adventures with me. I am more than happy to watch multiple dogs at a time of any bread, size, or temperament. Working remotely, I have a varying schedule, so I can accommodate pups who may need their human home most of the day.
Reviews
Liz was a great sitter. She was communicative, responsive, took great care of my dog and home, and always included a picture in her updates.
Liz is a great communicator and a very responsible sitter. She took great care of our pup! We came home to a happy dog, which tells you all you need to know. We would definitely recommend her!
Liz was great! She was responsive and made sure she did whatever I needed! Would recommend to anyone and would hire her again!
Very responsive to messages. Our dog easily bonded with Liz. She kept us informed during the time we were gone. Easy to tell Red was in good hands. Will definitely look to Liz in the future to look after Red.

Safety, trust & environment
The safety of the dogs I watch is my top priority. I prefer to watch dogs in my client's home to have the most comfortable stay while their pet parent(s) are away. I am a proactive communicator, so if my client wants and enjoys frequent updates, I am happy to provide them the peace of mind they need to know their pups are happy and comfortable. I am a quiet and polite guest in my client's home and strive to leave my client's homes better than when I arrived.
Information Liz K. would like to know about your pet
I want to know as much as possible about your pet so I can provide the best care for them. What is their personality like? Do they have any health issues? Any behavioral quirks I should know about? What can I do to make them comfortable? What are your expectations for the stay?
A typical day
I am fortunate enough to live near the Arboretum, so any opportunity I get, I like to take the dogs I am sitting to the dog parks there or on walks through the park. If your pup is accustomed to hiking, I am always looking to spend the day at one of Washington's many trails.

Availability
I prioritize the care of the dogs that I am staying with. I enjoy taking the pups I watch on walks in the morning, at lunch, and after work in the evening. If my client has a dog who enjoys the dog park, I will also prioritize fitting that into the day. I work remotely, so I can accommodate pups who may need their human home most of the day.
