I love animals and if I can spend my weekend seeing pets and helping out, I'm happy! I have one cat and two dogs of my own. A huge animal lover and animal rights activist I've had animals of various kinds all my life, including goats, chickens, and reptiles. I've taken care of friends pets of various sizes and needs for over 15 years including puppies/kittens and senior pets. I've been a dog walker/pet sitter for 8 years in Seattle, New York and now Denver but ive pet sat for friends forever. I am available to check in on pets and do walks on weekends, especially Saturdays. I have given medications orally and insulin shots to dogs and cats. I'm also certified in animal CPR. I can't wait to meet your pet and become their friend!

I've had Lisa over to walk the pups and when we went on vacation she spent 2 weeks at our house taking care of our animals (2 dogs, 2 cats and some chickens). She is amazing with the dogs and they absolutely love her! She was great at the house and we came home to the place looking cleaner than we left it! All of the pets were so well cared for and she sent us photos and updates throughout the trip. Anytime we are in need of a sitter List will absolutely be our first choice!
Thank goodness for Lisa! Two days before vacation, I discovered that I never confirmed my reservation with the pet sitting company I was using, and that no one was available to watch my cat and dog. Lisa graciously stepped in with minimal notice. She also sent pictures to me while I was gone, so I knew my pets were being well cared for. Having an overnight sitter is so much easier when you have a cat and a dog! I've used her pet sitting services several times since - not only am I happy with the results, so are my pets! They love her!
Lisa is hands down AMAZING. She is so kind and intuitive with all animals, and ours in particular (who are in the "special needs" category). She is reliable, communicative, thoughtful, and generally just fantastic. We trust her implicitly and having her care for our little ones makes for a MUCH less stressful vacation. I can't recommend her highly enough- I send all of my friends and family looking for a pet-sitter/walker her way. You can't go wrong hiring her!
Lisa has taken care of all of my animals numerous times. She is always attentive, responsive, kind, and reliable. My rather difficult reactive dogs do so well with her. Very appreciative to have her!

I am open to all breeds but they must be neutered/spayed (unless pregnant or too young). I have walked dogs of all ages, sizes, breeds and personalities. I need to know their temperament, personality, food schedule, allergies, whether treats are okay, if they are leash/dog/child aggressive. Where they can and can't go and where their supplies are. Where cleaning supplies are just in case. The more information the better.
A typical day
Unless asked I generally let the dog lead me. If they want to sniff all the things I let them (within reason of it not being something they shouldn't), if they want to run, we'll run. If they would rather go potty then rest we'll hang out and I'll give love. Some of my clients just want me to play fetch or tug the entire time. I'm here for what the animal needs.

Currently available on weekdays for dropping in and walking. Prefer mornings and mid-day but open to occasional night visits if needed. Not available for overnight or boarding.
