I’ve been around dogs since I was a small child and am not a stranger to those pups who need a little more attention. My family has always rescued pets who are predisposed to thunder storm spooks, anxiety, a little older with a little bigger medicine cabinet and stranger danger tendencies, but these qualities have only made me love them more. Everybody that knows me, knows my passion for animals and my desire for them to receive the proper care that they need (plus all of the snuggles).

Lindsey is my dogs’ new best friend! Even my skittish, “stranger-danger” lab warmed up to her within minutes at our first meeting. Lindsey cared for my pups for an entire week, giving them plenty of quality time, not just check-ins. Great communication with me throughout the week, too. The dogs seemed very comfortable and well-adjusted when I returned. Highly recommend!
Lindsey is amazing!! She left our house in incredible condition and kept us updated the whole time we were gone. I very much trust Lindsey and will be hiring her for each of our trips moving forward!! 10/10 recommend hiring Lindsey!

My most common pet contacts include house sitting and taking care of pets in their homes. I love to maintain routines already set in place by their owners because it provides a sense of comfort to all involved and they easily flourish while sharing their favorite ways to play with me! I always maintain a clean environment for your pets (picking up after accidents), bringing in mail or separating animals during their feeding time so their food remains all theirs. Quality time is my top love language so I would love to hang out with your pets!

Let me know if your pup requires any oral or skin medication applied. Through my own dogs and caring for others, I have become a pro at administering medicine! It’s also important to stay up to date on how you feed your pets and if there are any food aggressions or house rules that need to be adhered.
A typical day
I usually like to keep to routine with your fur babies, but if presented the opportunity, I love to go on walks in Southwood. I’m also a great porch sitter and love to spend time outside with fur babies and their favorite toys!
