Treat your dog just like my own!

Pet care experience

I have always had animals in my house growing up, always been very passionate about helping animals, always bringing in injured birds and cats from outside. Just, driving my parents crazy. I started volunteering at high risk animal shelters in 2009. I have taken part in many MSPCA Angell "spay days", through Braveheart Pitbull Rescue. They bring in 5/6 veterinarians who volunteer their time for the day and allow people to bring their dogs in to be spayed/neutered at no cost to them. We volunteer with them to help prep the dogs for surgery, assisting with the surgeries and helping them recover from the anesthesia once they wake up. This is something I've always enjoyed doing. In 2015, I attended the Animal Behavior College and graduated as a certified dog trainer. I did my externship with New England Dog Training, in Westport, MA. After completion of my externship, I was then hired there as a full time dog trainer. I currently own my own dog training business. I have also worked at a doggie daycare/boarding facility for almost 4 years. Two of my dogs, that I adopted, were rescued from Lighthouse animal shelter in New Bedford, and I volunteer my time there, training their dogs, in house, to become more adoptable as to get as many of them re-homed as possible. I've been working and volunteering with animals for over 8 years. Along with being a certified dog trainer, I'm also certified in pet nutrition and diet, pet CPR, training shelter dogs, and pet massage. I've always been passionate about animals, making sure they're in a healthy and safe environment as well as trying to give them the best opportunities that I can to help them succeed on their own.

Lindsey has been walking my 3 yr old female pit bull, Boo, for a year. She loves Boo and Boo thinks the sun rises and sets with Lindsey. She has helped me train Boo when Boo needed to learn how to act appropriately in new environments. She also watched her while my husband and I went away for 5 days to visit family. We are adopting a new puppy and have already enlisted Lindsey to help work with the two dogs to ensure they have a happy, healthy relationship for many years to come. I trust Lindsey with Boo (and the keys to my home) completely. She's an amazing person and the biggest dog lover I've ever met.

Whenever Lindsey is looking after our (very rambunctious) lab we know he's in great hands! She is wonderful with dogs, we couldn't ask for someone better to leave him with!

Lindsey was a former employee of mine. She really cares and loves all dogs as if they were her own. You will be extremely delighted if you choose her to care for your furry family member while your away!

Lindsey has been caring for my dogs for over 2 years. I can count on her to care for them as if they were her own. I highly recommend Lindsey for any of your petcare needs.
