Pet care experience
I went on a hunger strike at 10 years old to show my parents how badly I wanted a puppy of my own. They eventually caved, with the conditions that I had to feed, train, and walk her, and they got to pick the breed! That's how I got my first dog and best friend, a border collie named Piggy. Before long, I had house broken and taught a ton of tricks to Piggy. I even spent every Tuesday night at obedience classes with her, and eventually spent my Saturday mornings at agility meets with her, too! My current dog, a little chug named Biscuit, is a little less high maintenance than a border collie but a lot better suited for apartment life. I work from home with only occasional meetings out around town-so you can rest assured that your pup will be in good company while you're away. I would love to keep an eye on your dog and give Biscuit a playmate for a few nights!
Reviews
Lindsay was so great with our dog, Riley! She kept us updated about Riley throughout our trip, which gave us peace of mind that he was in good hands! We will definitely book with Lindsay again.
Lindsay watched our dog Kermit multiple times. She was very attentive and brought him into a loving home. She would send me pictures and give me updates so while I was traveling I had the reassurance that he was okay. Further, my dog absolutely loves when he sees Lindsay so I am sure when I am not around she treats him very kind, as if he were her own dog. I would highly recommend Lindsay to watch your furry friend.
Hi, my name is Lauren E. My husband and I have a 5 yr old Beagle and a 3 yr old Puggle, Charlie and Mac. They are our fur babies and mean the world to us. We have never used dog boarding as we only leave them with trusted friends and family to make sure they get the love and cuddles they require. Lindsay was our go to girl (she recently moved away which is why I say "was".) It gave us a huge piece of mind to know that our boys were being so well cared for. We would come home to well fed, well played with, well loved happy pups! I would recommend her to anyone! We love her! She was also the only person I let babysit my human baby too.

Information Lindsay C. would like to know about your pet
Where does your dog like to sleep? Biscuit sleeps in her crate at bedtime, so crate trained dogs are preferred but not required. If your dog prefers to cozy up in the bed, that's okay too! Biscuit prefers to share her home with dogs about her own size, but mellow or older larger dogs are also welcome. Please let me know if your dog has separation anxiety, as well. While I'm home most of the time, I do have errands out of the house from time to time and it's helpful if I'm able to anticipate how he might act out. It's always better to dog-proof an apartment in advance than give your pup a chance to get himself into trouble while I run out to the store!
A typical day
I only sit one dog at a time, so your doggo will get lots of attention! In the morning, your dog will join Biscuit and I for our morning walk around the neighborhood. We leave no later than 7 AM (as long as it isn't too hot by that time!). Biscuit will try to engage your pup in her favorite game called "please chase me." We have lots of toys, bones, and places to snuggle up around the apartment, as well! We take bathroom breaks first thing in the morning, at lunch time, around dinner, and before bed-but happy to add additional breaks if needed!
