Hi there! My name is Linda. I am apprentice training for a K9 School in San Jose. At my Casa there is a 4 year old Yorkie named Winston and a 3 year old beagle named Beans. Beans Sleeps all day, while Winston likes to watch the cars go by at the window. I have boarded over a dozen dogs through rover. Therefore I have had much experience handling all kinds of dogs with various temperments. I try to spend at least a whole day bonding with them. Once trust is gained, it makes for a much happier well adjusted stay! I can't wait to meet your dog! Our home is bright and fun. I take the dogs on several walks a day. There's a beautiful grassy park that is gated across the way. I take the dogs there to roam as they please. We take out time every day to do a little bit of obedience training (no one is too young or old). Once in awhile we hold a cousin named Tyson. Tyson is a 5 month old blue nose American Pittbull Terrier. He's the friendliest of the bunch. He loves to cuddle and play with his toys. He's got a lot of toys of which he loves to share. He goes to obedience school with me twice a week and will someday become a working dog. Welcome to our home I work from home so I have tons of time to take them for walks in the park. I also run so if your dog likes to break a sweat, GREAT! I'm very nurturing but I keep a pack leader mentality at my house, therefore I've never had any kind of dogs here that didn't eventually learn to get along! My dogs are social in the beginning but are pretty independent throughout the day, which makes for a welcoming house for any new furry friend to come join! About this sitter: I am a professional obedience dog trainer. I have loved dogs and all animals all my life. I know how hard it can be to have a beloved pet but also need time to travel and spend time away from the home. I am more then happy to be there for you and your pet in your own home where your dog is most adjusted and happy at! I believe in a balance of love and discipline for every breed of dog. Exercise and affection is a must for a happy healthy dog. Not all dog owners have such time to give their pets such multitudes of attention. That's what makes my job so joyful!
