Hi, I'm Lesli of "Tail wags & Tummy rubs". An animal lover since birth. I have been blessed to always have a loving friend by my side. My family & I have rescued over 46 animals in my life so far. From fish, lizards, hamsters, Guinea pigs, rabbits, birds, cats & dogs, etc. Even the local animals from my neighborhood send the strays my way. That's how we were blessed on 2 separate occasions with new kitties. I have a lifetime of experience caring for various different types of animals over the years. Including pets with epilepsy, hip dysplasia, allergies, and various other health conditions that require a little extra TLC & assistance. I've helped out many friends, family & new acquaintances with their pets over the years when they've had to be away. Prior to Covid, These last 5 years I was blessed to help care for infants & toddlers part-time at a local home daycare. A place where background checks & fingerprints are required & verified by the state annually for employees. Unfortunately, due to Covid & a high-risk family, my daycare work was placed on hold. I hope to return to it someday. In the meantime, I'll fill this hole in my heart by loving on your sweet fur babies & helping ease your family's worries when you can't be with your furry friends. This is my 5th year as a Professional pet lover. They will be fed, water freshened, potty breaks, litter box sifting, and treats. Customized care for each pet, if needed. If requested, I can also do mail pickup, water plants, daily medications, take out & retrieve trash cans on trash days & security walk-through to ensure the safety of your home. After every visit, a Rover card of activities that took place while you were away will be sent with pictures of your sweet babies to help calm any worries. HOME DROP-IN Going on vacation or a work trip? Don't need a pet sitter but still need someone you can trust to check on your home? Someone, to collect mail, water your plants, take out your trash & turn on/off lights so it looks like someone is home, etc? I can help & send a daily update with pictures too if you like. DOG WALK - 30 mins (2 family pets max) *No leash pullers or aggressive walkers Via leash. I prepare them for their walk in all their personal gear as well as for the daily weather. Sweaters (if provided) on cold days & protective mushers wax on their feet on the really cold & hot days to keep them from getting blisters or burns on their sweet little paws. We will explore the immediate neighborhood areas. Since it's their time I like to give them the opportunity to mostly guide our walk. As long as it's a safe area so that they can get the most out of their little adventure. We may visit a dog park, a trail, or even a field as long as you're okay with us exploring, a little. A Rover card will be sent at the end of our activity with a map of our walk, distance & pictures. BARK PARK VISIT *for well socialized & friendly dogs only 30 min When you want to spoil your baby with a visit to their favorite places or when it's too hot for a walk but your sweet baby needs their day brightened with some playtime. Call on me & I will take them to a close local Bark park where they can stretch their legs & lift their hearts by socializing or exploring. EXTENDED VISIT +7 to total $30 for 1 hour instead of 30 minutes All the benefits of a regular visit but with much more cuddle or walking time for those extra anxious friends or if you just want your baby to feel extra loved while you're away. ADD ON SERVICES Only available for Existing clients: PET CHAUFFER $30 (up to 1 hour) $50 (up to 2 hours) 2 pets max To the vet, spa, trainer, or to anyone you have a pre-arrangement with. I will pick them up, secure in-vehicle & drive them to your desired destination in the local area. I will make sure they are either handed over to the responsible party or if arranged I can stay to be you & your pets' personal representative ensuring the vet or whoever is aware of all their needs. You will need to provide either myself or the other party with your payment as well as the information they need to be aware of for proper care. Afterward, I will return them back home. Ensuring they have a potty break prior to leaving. This is of course unless they just need to be dropped off somewhere for you to pick up later. * Pet Crate/ carrier may need to be provided. After their chauffer ride, a Rover card of activities that took place with pictures of your sweet babies will be sent. ***Earn FREE Visits *** With Gratitude to every client that you refer that books & complete a service with me. You'll Earn 1 free drop-in or walk visit. It can be used for a solo visit or toward a larger booking to help lower the cost. Thank you for supporting my small business. My family's current fur babies are Hershey (Dachshund) The General -she has worked her way up the family ranks to the alpha dog in the house and she takes her role very seriously never letting her troops get out of order too much, lol. Jasper the giant (English Mastiff) He's the best 150 lb Eeyore dog ever he has quite the personality as well as multiple walking issues unfortunately, Mila (heeler mix) our football star in training, she insist we practice catch every day, multiple times & She gives us the best hugs. We also have 4 cats. Toby our grey tabby is the house elder at 12 years. He gives the best cuddles but a stranger will never see him. Bentley is a sweet, loving gotta give kisses grey & orange torte who loves to eat, Orson Wells is a totally unsophisticated, orange, dog-cat that loves belly rubs & naps. Last is Nova our black & orange torte arrived at our door one day shortly after Orsons arrival & decided he was cute & she was there to stay whether we wanted her or not. Truth be told her insisted love has had some rather sweet moments. I love all of our fur friends (past & current) greatly as they have all been dearly beloved family members in their own special & unique ways. I truly understand how important pets are to families & I'll make sure your babies are well-loved & cared for as if they were one of my own.
