I've always been an animal lover - my pets, my friends' furry children, and all sorts of wildlife/nature. I've had a few dogs in the past, and my baby was a beautiful Lhasa Apso who gave me 15 great years of companionship. Currently I have a 15 year old rescue cat who thinks he's a dog, and he's my buddy. I recently retired from a professional career as a Project Manager in I.T., and I'm looking to spend my time helping others out by taking care of their furry loved ones. In the past, I have done some fostering for a local puppy rescue, and I have also done many volunteer transports of rescued dogs and cats, taking them from Baltimore to Newark DE.
