Pet care experience
I'm a single Mom wanting to teach my son some extra responsibility (before we get a dog of our own) and earn a little extra income (to afford a dog of our own). I live in a house with a fenced in back yard, so there's plenty of room for fun! I grew up around dogs (and cats)...my parents had 3 greyhounds when I was born and we always had a family dog. I worked at a vet/kennel in college (feeding, walking, bathing, administering meds) and it was one of the best jobs I've ever had. I can promise you that your pet will be loved and taken care of as if it were my own! After all, pets are family too...just like kids, right?

Leah did a great job! I didn’t have to worry about Artie while we enjoyed our vacation.
Leah, has watched two of my dogs and treats them as if they were hers. The affection and attention that she gives them is second to none. Anytime I think of going out of town my go to person to contact is Leah. My dogs are use to going to her and get excited when they see her as soon as they just out of the car.
Leah watched our terrier/retriever mix Scout, for three days about a month ago and she did a wonderful job. Scout typically suffers from separation anxiety but did not show any signs of it when we returned. I would recommend Leah to anyone looking for a pet sitter.

I do allow dogs on my couch, but not in the bed with me. They are free to roam around as they'd like, unless you require them to be in a crate when I am away.

I need to know if your dog is crate trained/house trained, are there any special needs/medications, and if they do well with children (as I have my son every other week).
A typical day
My subdivision is perfect for walking, there's only one entrance, so there's minimal traffic and plenty of sidewalk space. We also have a dog park available to use.

I work full-time, however will walk your dog in the morning and evening to make sure they get the exercise the need (and deserve). My subdivision is very dog friendly!
