Laura was over an hour late the first day, and 48 minutes late the 2nd day for the two walks I needed done. I understand work got in the way the first time, but a little better communication would be helpful. She did not use the Rover card for one walk, and only walked my dog for 20 minutes the following day despite paying for 30 minutes.

Quick response and was willing to extend the care last minute if needed, since we were going away for my son's soccer game where we didn't know if he would make it to the finals or not. Unfortunately, his team didn't make it, so we didn't end up extending. Also, she sent me picture of my dog during the stay!
