Pet care experience
I've had cats and dogs my whole life and Charlie was a vet tech for 9 years. I recently lost my beautiful German Shepherd to cancer and I miss her and I miss having a dog around so... I'd love to take care of your fur babies. I trained my dog from a puppy so I have patience, skills, a fenced in yard and experience.
Reviews
Laura and Charlie were amazing! We boarded our dogs with them and our dogs were so well taken care of. Laura sent pictures and updates during their entire stay and Laura and Charlie treated our dogs like they were their own. One of our dogs is prone to injury, and they took extra care to make sure she was safe. It was obvious our dogs had a great time with Laura and Charlie and were very spoiled during their stay :) We highly highly recommend them!!
Tango had a great time at Laura's. He met some fun doggy pals and came home all tired out. Laura was great too with providing some pix. We'll be coming back!
Laura was amazing! It was our first time using Rover and could not have been smoother. They have a wonderful home and based on the videos and photos we got, Koda cannot wait for us to go out of town again probably so she can go back! Highly recommend!
Laura did a great job with Kori- she was very attentive, sent pictures and was great about medical issues and medication. I could see that Our dog was well cared for and enjoyed her walks and the attention- really excellent care and a commitment to dogs!

Charlie was a vet tech for 9 years so between the two of us, we have a lot of experience. We only take a small number of boarding pets at a time and will also take dogs for daycare with a max of 4 daycare dogs total. This way, your dogs won't get stressed out from too much action and they can get a lot of attention during the day to stay safe and happy. They also get to play with other sweet dogs. We might be a bit more expensive but will work with our clients to be sure their babies are getting the love they need to be happy while in our care. We do take dogs who struggle to feel comfortable with other dogs for weekend boarding. Contact us early enough and we can give your dog who is really a people person a solo experience.

Information Laura C. would like to know about your pet
If your dog has medication or other special needs, fears, etc, let us know ahead of time so we can be sure to create a positive experience for your baby. My own dog had plenty of medical issues including surgery recuperation so I am very familiar with cones, pills, creams etc. etc. If your dog is crate trained, we have an XXL and a Small crate here. If you prefer to use your own, feel free to bring it. If there are any behaviors you are trying to teach, let us know so we can reinforce good behavior.
A typical day
Our morning routine is coffee for me and a quick run around the back yard for our doggie friends. We both work from home and try to take a play break every hour or two for our own exercise and for my dogs! At lunch, we go for a walk around the neighborhood and when the weather is good, more backyard time in the evening.

Availability
My partner, Charlie, and I work from home - all computer work and our days are totally flexible. We can handle puppies who need lots of potty breaks and dogs with energy who may need to get their zoomies out in my back yard. We do have 5 stairs down to the back yard so very senior dogs with mobility problems will either have to be small enough to carry or able to manage stairs with minimal help.
