I am new to Portland via NYC and finally have a space where I can have a pup of my own. Turnip is our mustachioed pup who loves to play with any dog in sight, but also knows when to leave said dog alone if preferred. From lots of socialization she's learned her manners and can deal with dogs of all sizes, ages, and temperaments.- the same goes for myself, having walked dogs in Brooklyn for an agency in the past, and having grown up with a retriever, a lab, and countless dog-sitting experiences under my belt. Why I love dog sitting I've lived with dogs since I was born- first an epileptic Golden, then a series of yellow labs, a Yorkshire terrier, and later in a small apartment in NY. Now in Portland with my own pup, I understand the need to find quality care when you cannot travel with your best friend. We love to hike, run, and play, and take naps in the sun. My experience administering medication Yes, and am most comfortable given dogs/cats medication via mouth in the form of a pill or squeeze tube.
