I love dogs so much! They just know exactly how to cuddle after a long day! Let me know if your baby has any health concerns and they will always get a bath before coming home! I usually am considerate of the fact that when they first come to stay with me, there may be a day or two of adjustment because they miss mommy/daddy. I give extra soothing cuddles and play with them extra to try and keep their mind off of missing you so much until they can return home. Normally it only take about a day for them to fully warm up to the new environment and realize everything is going to be ok. I have had to learn the acclimation process over the years.
