Large or small we spoil them all !!

Pet care experience

Hi ! We are Kris and Cindy. Thank you for checking us out! We have been taking care of fur babies as a team for the last 25 years. We are experienced in handling all manner of babies and things like special meal plans and giving medications are not an issue. From socializing puppies and kittens to snuggling senior dogs and cats we can accommodate all. Large or small. While we primarily handle dogs and cats we have also loved on rabbits, fresh water fish, turtles, hamsters, snakes, bearded dragons and birds.

Kris and Cindy did a great job looking after our two dogs and cat while we were out of town for a week! Our pets really enjoyed the frequent check-ins and love, and looked so happy in every photo update we got. We even had to extend an extra day last minute and Kris and Cindy were super-accommodating. We can't recommend them enough!

10/10 recommend!! Oslo has a great time with Kris and Cindy. They’re very accommodating and knowledgeable and I’m completely at ease leaving him in their care. I can rest easy knowing he’s in good hands while I’m away and that he’s getting a full day of play and attention!

Great sitter, she walked and played with my high energy puppy both at our home and hers and sent photos and updates.

We live in a ranch style home, so no stairs for older babies to contend with. Our back yard has a chain link fence surrounding approximately 3/4s of an acre. It is the perfect spot for pups to run free and catch a frisbee or tennis ball without being bothered by other dogs. Unless of course your pup likes to play with others. If that is the case, we have two pups of our own who love to hang out and make new friends. Since we do have our own babies to consider we like all our furry friends to be up to date on their shots. We will request a copy of their most recent vaccines. Neither Kris or Cindy are runners. We love to take long walks with the babies but if your pup likes to really run on a leash may we suggest you check with Raven. She lives close to us, also works with Rover and is a jogger who loves to take pups for long runs.

Information Kristina A. would like to know about your pet

Does your baby enjoy company? Has your baby been spay or neutered? Is your dog leash trained? If so, are there any specific triggers to watch for on walks? Is your baby on a specific feeding schedule or medication schedule? Is your baby potty trained? Does your dog like to mark? Please know that you will be responsible for rug and upholstery cleaning costs if we have not been informed up front of potty issues. Is your puppy crate trained? Please supply your own crate unless you have made arrangements with us in advance. We do have a couple extra in different sizes. Is your dog an escape artist? Our back yard is 3/4s of an acre fenced with a chain link fence. It is the standard 4-foot-high chain link. If your baby likes to go over chain link, please let us know and we will keep them on a leash. Is your dog a barker? We do have an older cat in our home and she can get cranky with excessive barking. Can your dog be destructive? Let’s be honest not all our babies are angels. We try and allow as much free range in our home as possible. We do have a couple rooms with some sentimental furniture we want to keep intact. So, if your baby likes to chew on things, please let us know and we can simply close the door to those rooms.

A typical day

We love to take the puppies for long walks and base location on what your pup likes. If you have a younger dog that needs some socialization, once we establish trust, we will take them places where they can encounter lots of people and odd noises. If you have an older dog that likes short walks there is a quiet park near our house we like to frequent. If you have a baby that only likes to lay in the sun and chase an occasional squirrel our back yard is fenced and they will be supervised the entire time outside. We also provide enrichment toys in the form of treat puzzles and will be happy to work on any puppy problem areas you may be currently experiencing.
