Koji and his girlfriend were really helpful when we left Coco with them for a week. We received text and picture update every day. Coco seems to be in a pretty good mood as well. Will definitely come back if we need help with Coco again.

I chose Koji based on his good communication stated by others. In reality, his communication is very poor. 6 days stay and I only gotten 2 updates. To make it worse, he is unreachable when I try to reach him for pick up that we scheduled for. For those time, he always use the same excuse that he doesn’t pick up random numbers, WiFi issue, etc. In reality, he never check his message in Rover and I called him 5 times from the same number at the time of pick up he arranged. I showered my dog before drop off but came back smelling like garbage in less than a week. First bad sign. My dog immediately barking for water the moment we return to our car. I gave him a cup of water from Starbucks and he drank about a quarter of it in one go. This is very rare because my dog doesn’t drink much water. This shows that he wasn’t given water for a long time. Second bad sign. The worse of all - The first night of returning, he had blood diarrhea indicating he has been fed food he shouldn’t have at all. I clearly state my dog can’t have any human food. Luckily my dog is feeling better now or else I would be seeking compensation for the emergency vet visit. I am not sure if I’m just the unlucky one or all his reviews are fake. I learned my lesson not to save a little money for inexperienced and irresponsible person. Use him as your own risk.
