Kimberly was great from start to finish. She brought her dog to the Meet and Greet which was important for me and also picked her neighborhood as the meeting place which gave me a sense for where my dogs would be walking. This gave me the right tools to pick her over other Dog boarders I contacted. During the boarding Kimberly sent great pictures and videos to me of my dogs. She took great care of them and I felt very confident that they were in good hands. The doggies felt right at home at her house and seemed very happy while I was away on vacation. Kimberly is always quick to reply and was available the night before I requested her boarding service which was life saving! She took amazing care of Lady and kept me updated every day with messages and pictures to show how she was doing. She even did me a few favors given the suddeness of our request which was unexpected but highly appreciated. I can't recommend her enough!
