Pet care experience
Working at a vet's office as part of the kennel staff was my first job almost 20 years ago! Since then, I've been taking care of my own pets and others' ever since. I've cared for many different dog breeds, cats, fish, reptiles, birds, and small caged pets. I've even cared for a diabetic cat that required insulin shots. I've also worked at Disney's Animal Kingdom around African animals and volunteered at Brookfield Zoo where I handled small domesticated animals.

I typically stay at the pet owner's home overnight. However, I'm available to watch pets at my home. It's a first floor 3 bedroom apartment. I do not have a backyard, but there is a small grassy area on the side for potty breaks, and I can of course take dogs for walks around the neighborhood for exercise.

Please let me know if your pet has any special needs or specific schedule. I try to keep their schedule as close to normal as possible so they're as comfortable and happy as can be while you're gone.
A typical day
I'm always up for an adventure, so if your dogs loves walks, games, or learning new tricks, I'm all in! I've had older dogs that just want to lay around and snuggle, and I've had young, energetic ones that want to play and go running, so I can adapt to whatever your dog prefers.

I'm currently working part-time, mostly from home, so I'm basically available 24/7 to help you with your pets. I'm extremely flexible and can usually work my schedule around yours if needed.
