I’ve taken care of dogs, cats, fish, turtles, and even chickens growing up! I have years of experience in taking care of pets with special/medical needs too. My experience includes housesitting and pet sitting together but also drop in experience of pet sitting as well.

Kennedy was so great with our lab mix, she sent us great pictures and updates and got him lots of great exercise so we came home to a very happy worn out lab :) we have already booked Kennedy again
My puppy, Dash, is highly energetic and full of life. I worked long days and Kennedy would come over during some mornings and evenings to play with Dash or take him on walks. Her help was a huge relief for me and I enjoyed working with her! If you’re looking for a reliable and caring individual of you and your pets needs she is your gal.
Kennedy did drop in visits for me to help with my kitten I got about 6 months ago. She was super helpful and made everything much easier. Communication was great and I wouldn’t have been able to do it without her help!
Highly recommend!! Kennedy has done house stays over night and drop in visits for me and my cat, Whiskey. She’s reliable and you can see cares. Whiskey is pretty shy and when I leave he won’t eat but she made sure he wasn’t alone and felt loved.

How I care for pets in my clients home is by insuring a routine is kept for the animals and all needs are met for both the client and animal. I do this by sending pictures with daily updates to the client of their animal(s) and making sure the animal(s) are happy with needed exercise, play time, and loving attention. Compassionate care and peace of mind are my top priority for both client and their animal(s).

If there are any fears or triggers for behavior that would come about in certain situations. I am willing to work through this but need to be aware in order to avoid and be mindful of their peace of mind.
A typical day
I love spending quality time with dogs and cats! For dogs, some activities we would do would be walks around the neighborhood, run/chase games together, and (if allowed by owner) a walk or jog at the public walking trail I have used for my dogs to get their energy out. The trail is called Centennial Trail in Spokane Valley. I would make sure if there are any favorite games, walks, or parks that those places would be visited daily and allow the dog to continue in their routine physically and mentally. For cats, I would play and do fun activities at the discretion of the owner and what they see fit to their cat’s personality.

I’m currently working part-time and have lots of my day, the week, and the weekend open to care for animals. My work days are during the day so I have my mornings and evenings wide open!
