Experience: Senior dogs to kittens!
Pet care experience
I grew up in a household where we always had companions and loved and cared for them till the very end. I have experience caring for dogs, cats, small furry friends like guinea pigs, and even birds. I currently have my 12-year-old senior dog at home. She is a Maltese and is my whole world. Six months ago, I adopted two kittens who are now eight months old and completely rule the house. I am confident taking care of any animal of any size and can care for puppies and kittens to senior dogs and cats.

Kendall is a fantasic pet mother. We have a dog and two cats together, but she handles all the food for them. She will spend hours researching the best kind of food for all three of our babies. Our senior dogs is considered special needs with her collapsed trachea. She needs medicine daily and an apporopriate diet and exercise to maintain her weight and overall health. Kendall has a big heart for any animal and would take great care of your fur children!

My fur babies get plenty of interactive playtime during the day and enjoy treats as a reward for good behavior or learning a new trick. I have a strict feeding schedule for all my pets with specific dietary needs. With a senior dog and two kittens, I have experience caring for animals of all ages. I'm confident to administer any medication, stick to a feeding regimen, and give your pet the exercise and entertainment they need.

Please just let me know your dogs overall temperament, special needs (if any) and overall reaction to leash walking. I want to make sure together, we are creating a safe environment for me and your dog.
A typical day
If your dog enjoys dog parks, I'd love to take them to Wigglyville. I also love longer walks to the lake shore or Oz Park (my favorite park in Chicago). Overall a nice long walk up and down the residential streets are the preferred way to get in exercise and stimulation.

Availability
I currently work full-time as a nanny, but my evenings are free, and I often have days/weeks off based on the family's schedule. I also enjoy my time in Chicago on the weekends and would love to include furry friends. I do frequently travel back to my hometown in Michigan, but that schedule can be flexible.
