Pet care experience
Hi there! I am a self proclaimed cat lady and a new puppy mom. Have had cats of my own since childhood. Fostered kittens and puppies throughout college. And for the last several years, I always have a stray cat/lost dog saving kit in my trunk at all times. My husband is quite accustomed to receiving a location pin with an SOS to help me save whatever sweet stray I've bumped into that day. Currently only providing walks and drop in visits to the Noda neighborhood.
Reviews
As always, Kelsey was an amazing cat sitter!!
Kelsey is awesome with our cat Zoe!
Kelsey was awesome and reported back details and photos! This was especially important because I was on such a lengthy trip. Would highly recommend and would hire again.
Kelsey was very thorough in gathering all requirements needed to make sure our Chadwick was accommodated while we were away. He was very happy when we came back from our trip.

Cat Care - I LOVE coming to visit your cats while you are away. Whether they are playful or shy, I’m happy to provide whatever company they need. Arrival and departure are extra cautious to ensure no escapes. Definitely be sure to leave out any of their favorite toys as I'll do all I can to keep them active and engaged during my visit. If your cat is shy then I'll check all the good hiding spaces that way no visit is left without laying eyes on your furry feline! Also, please be assured I’ll abide by whatever petting or other special preferences they may have. IE: one kitty client needs to be carried to the litter box, another will only drink water out of a cup in the primary bathroom, I regularly visit a duo who must eat in separate rooms. I’m happy to take whatever above and beyond measures necessary to care for them how they are accustomed to. Familiar with pellet, robot, and traditional litter boxes. Dog Walking / Drop In Visits - Cuddles, pets, and belly rubs will be provided as needed and upon request. Careful opening/closing of exit doors is always at the forefront of my mind to ensure your pet stays safely enclosed at home! I do prefer to avoid busy roads if possible, but I am certainly comfortably managing a leash and using strong commands as needed. If your pup is a sniffer, we'll definitely stop and smell all the roses! If your community/yard allows opportunity, I've really mastered my stick throwing abilities since we got our Maggie girl last year. Boarding - We are accepting limited boarding requests at this time since I have several repeat clients that stay with us regularly. You are still most welcome to send a request! Crate trained required please and thank you. Cats+Dogs - Your home will always be treated with utmost respect! Cameras are certainly welcome and encouraged to establish trust and reliability. All will be left in place just as you found it. Also if something odd seems out of place (aka a hairball) I'll notify you right away. Happy to clean up any messes found if need be! If you are traveling for extended amount of time, I'll follow any extra instruction to turn on/off lights, bring in mail, take out garbage bin, water plants etc. Locked doors will be checked once, twice and a third time just for luck!

Information Kelsey S. would like to know about your pet
Before my visit, you can be assured I'll ask about the following bits of information... Parking and Access Information Eating Schedule Potty Schedule Common Commands Favorite Toys and Treats Crate Trained Preferred Sleep Location Medications Veterinary Info / Emergency Contact Friendly with Dogs, Kids, Mailmen etc. Fears / Sensitivities / Aggressions ...and anything else you'd like me to know??
A typical day
Morning walks are apart of my daily routine with or without my Maggie in tow. If it is football season you can guarantee Saturday, Sunday, Monday and/or Thursday your pup will be siting with us in the upstairs man cave equipped with 3 tv's. (best wife ever!) Or if weather permits they can join us for dinner on the high railed roof top patio. I am an avid runner so if you have an energetic dog that has a need for speed I'm happy to take them with me on my 3 to 10 mile jogging loops.
