I grew up in a house w/ 3 dog+5 cat
Pet care experience
My first meeting with my labradoodle Hayley was me laying on the floor of the petstore so she could feel in control and safe to sniff and play. We fell in love immediately. At my family's home I have lived with and taken care of 3 wonderful dogs for five+ years, who I love as dearly as I know how to clean up their mess, command them to do as I say, wash and feed them. Two of my dogs have special dietary needs (one has pills to take, the other needs her food mixed with a dissolver to help her digest it), so I know how to handle/take care of dogs with special needs as well. I'm very detail-oriented so if you have a very specific schedule your dog needs to follow/tasks to be done by, I can and will be timely. My experience is mainly with small to medium-sized labradoodles and poodles, but I have dogsat for others in the past, and also am used to multiple-pet households (my family also happens to have 5 cats). So I can multitask and keep equilibrium if you have more than one type of animal in the house. I am the least used to small dogs, but having cats I am used to small animals that might be fussy. Then again, I am oldest of 3 sisters, so I am also used to the antics of small and energetic beings. Any clean-up or spills I will resolve to the best of my ability, and relay to you with honesty how your pet is doing, what products I cleaned with, etc. All in all, I am a well-rounded babysitter with experience with kids, dogs, and cats, who is confident in their ability to handle as well as snuggle dogs of all sizes, kinds, and levels of fuzziness. :]
Reviews
Linda R Kayla is amazing with pets having taken care of three dogs and 5 cats in our home for many years. She has a sixth sense about animals and is a kind and responsible young adult. The dogs will be lucky to find such a great companion and vice versa!

Information Kayla B. would like to know about your pet
1. What their behavior around strangers are like, and how they might react to the smell of cat (I have a cat at home). 2. What activities calm them, or get them excited, and what to be mindful of if/when walking or checking in. 3. When checking in, how much interaction the animal will want. 4. Any behaviors I should discourage (like licking a lot, or jumping up, etc.), no matter how endearing they can be.
A typical day
Riverside Park or Central Park are near my apartment, but if no park is nearby, any circuitous route that has different feelings or smells that could be engaging/interesting. If they like to play, we can romp around, throw balls, go to a dog park, and get lots of petting and tummy rubbles.
