My husband, James, and I have been dog owners for 15+ years and have been dog sitters for 4+ years. We currently have two dogs. Rigby is the OG, a bit of a grump, but warms up to new friends quickly. We also have the sweetest girl, Myrtle, a 5-year-old shorkie who loves tug of war and sunbathing. We recently added another pup to our family! Paxton is a 13 year old Havanese who loves being outside and couch snuggles. We love hosting and making new friend! I work weekdays part-time, but James works from home. Therefore, attention, scratches, play time and outside time are a constant, along with a big fenced backyard. We both have jobs so sitting is more about our love for dogs than anything else. The only time we may not be available to accommodate visitors is when James is out of town visiting clients and we are unable to give the best care your pet deserves. We can’t wait to meet your pup!! ***Due to our most senior pup, Rigby, not being in the best health and the addition of a new senior pup, Paxton, to our family, we are unable to host any high energy dogs at this time. We are also unable to accept any dogs larger than 30-35 lbs. Please contact us for more details if needed.***

Our little boys love staying with Katie and James!
My husband & I have 4 Pomeranians. It's hard for us to trust someone with them. I never worried about them one time when I left them with Katie and James. They always sent us pictures. I know that not only were they taken care of but they were loved and paid attention to. How do I know you ask? Because Katie & James would tell me about all their little personalities. I can't thank Katie and James enough for watching our little pack while we were gone. I completely trust and appreciate both of them. Thank you both so much for taking care of our furry kids while we were gone.
Katie and James were amazing! They kept me updated on how he was once a day (that’s all I needed) and sent me pics. They left me with a peace of mind. I will definitely be using them again!! (Soon!)

We like to know what sleeping arrangements your pup prefers and if a kennel is used at any time. Please provide your pup’s food for their stay and feel free to bring a bed (if you and your pup prefer). We have treats and toys available, but are happy if you provide some as well!
A typical day
We have plenty of toys to keep your pups occupied! We love to spend time in our yard and make sure any pups that love fetch or games have time to do so!

Availability
James’ works from home so the pups have plenty of access to our fenced yard, attention and treats. ****However, due to James’ calls and meeting schedules we are not able to offer flexible dropoff/pickup during weekdays. Weekday dropoff/pickup will need to occur before 7:30am or after 3:00pm with some exceptions. Please contact us for more details.***
