Looking for a furry friend to join in on my active lifestyle taking long walks, hikes, and runs. I'm a full time registered nurse that likes to fill my days off outdoors and would love nothing more than to take along some perfect pups! I generally go to large state parks where dogs are leashed. Aside from growing up with my own pets (a dog, cat, and parrot) I spent many years caring for horses. Although my career is caring for people my hobby is caring for animals. Assessing the needs of others is a part of my daily life whether it is people or dogs and I genuinely enjoy meeting the needs of our four legged family members. Depending on your dog's athletic ability and energy requirements I can take a leisurely stroll or a few mile run/jog. Playing fetch, practicing basic commands and socializing with other dogs and people at parks are also part of the care I can provide. Although I have a varying work schedule, it does leave an opportunity for morning and early afternoon availability most days.
