Pet care experience
Growing up with animals inspired me to take a position at a doggy daycare during college, which was a blast! I learned all about breed behaviors and dog safety. My usual duties included feeding, administering medications, giving baths, clipping nails, overseeing playtime (30+ dogs at a time!), and of course, lots of cleaning. I also regularly took part in pet-sitting for many types of animals, which included walks, playtime, feeding, changing litter, and giving meds. Now that I’ve started my career, I do miss being around animals, and making their day with a walk. I’d love to help give your pooch a break during lunch or after dinner! Feel free to reach out with any questions.
Reviews
Kathleen has been our dog walker for a couple months and she is just fantastic!! She is so reliable and flexible to schedule changes. She treats my girls like her own and they adore her!! You will not regret contacting her to care for your babies!!
Kathleen regularly walked my two dogs and it always put my mind at ease during long work days knowing someone was there to exercise them. She also contacted me and asked if I had a brush to get off some of the seasonal shedding, which was much appreciated! She really cares about all animals.
Kathleen was great with my dog. Very knowledgeable, professional, and punctual. She even left a note about their walk today. Would definitely recommend. I think dieter will request her from now on.

I have a 20 year old rescued ball python currently, but owning a dog (or two) is on the horizon once I buy a home. I am able to feed, water, administer meds and clean up messes for most pets. I would regularly walk certain clients’ dogs three times a week and made sure to include playtime. I also have fed fish, birds, and cats.
Information Kathleen M. would like to know about your pet
Please let me know: -if you dog has any food allergies -if your dog has treats I can give them -if your dog has any ailments -if your dog is friendly with other dogs -if your dog has a chase instinct when seeing a rabbit/squirrel/deer -if your dog needs medication -if your dog knows any tricks/commands that I can use during care or playtime -if your dog has any other personality quirks or handling or instructions that would be good to know ahead of time; i.e. doesn’t like belly rubs or feet touched, nips when playing, etc.
A typical day
A typical visit includes greeting your pets and surveying for any messes, then gearing up for a walk, giving lots of praise for being good on their walk, coming home for playtime and a treat, cleaning and refilling water bowl. If requested I can trim nails on non-aggressive dogs and also feed dinner or breakfast!
