Pet care experience
Dogs have always been a part of my life. My mom is a vet and would bring me to the clinic when I had to stay home sick from school to cheer me up. Basically I would hangout with dogs all day. At home, we always had at least two dogs (Australian Shepard’s, Golden retrievers, and labs), cats, and even a guinea pig. I’m very comfortable with dogs and find that they bring a lot of joy to my life. I’m not in the position to have a dog of my own right now, but want to help dog owners take care of their pets and give them the proper care they need. I love meeting new dogs and am excited to hangout with them!!

I feel incredibly confident leaving my dog with her because she's been around dogs her whole life, and it's very obvious how much she cares about their wellbeing. She's knowledgable about animals and will take the time to ensure they receive quality care. I can say that as her Mother who is a veterinarian for almost 3 decades, Kate has been well versed in how to lovingly and responsibly care for pets ! We have had our share of dogs, cats and a guinea pig through the years and I have always taught her the seriousness and importance of taking good care of our and all pets. She was responsible early on to help me feed and walk the dogs and later on, to babysit them when I would be away. She knew how fanatical I was about the pets care as a loving owner and as a vet- I expected a lot and she never disappointed because she cared about them as much as I did. She loves cats and dogs and the love they give back to us. I highly recommend her as a pet sitter!
Kate is awesome!! As a fellow rover-sitter, I trust Kate 100% with all my fur babies. Kate is great with a wide variety of dogs and cats from anxious to high energy she calmly takes care of them all! She is also very reliable for late notice sitting, walks and check-ins. I am always pleased coming home knowing Kate has been taking care of my pets and home.

Availability
I currently work remotely at my house in Boulder and have plenty of time during my lunch breaks to give dogs long, exhausting walks on trails or in your neighborhood. I’ll even go to the dog park!
