After Kassandra's 30 minute, $20 drop in visit to check on my puppy, I was surprised to see that she has dogs of her own. I booked Kassandra to check on my puppy during lunch one day and checked my phone after the scheduled 30 minutes was up. I had ZERO notifications from her. Not only did she not message me about my dog, she didn't start the Rover card until 4 hours later. The Rover 101 training teaches how to use the Rover card so I'm not sure what explains the competence gap. The picture I got included a blur of what I assume is my dog in the corner. I wish I read the reviews on her profile prior to booking because they're clearly written by her friends she solicited to rave about her. For a sitter who charges $20 for a drop in visit, I was extremely unimpressed and would not use this sitter again (even if she charged <$20).

Kassandra has watched my dog numerous times and I’ve had nothing but great experiences with her. She is very prompt which is key for me and my schedule. You can tell she is a true animal lover. I would highly recommend her for anyone looking for a dog sitter or walker!
