Good communication and pictures throughout the booking and pet sitting process. My cats were well taken care of.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND HER! Unreliable & disappointing. We booked Karolina to stay at our house 2 nights + do 2 drop in visits. She stayed for 5 minutes instead of a half hour plus she came in 3 hours prior to what was requested! It made our trip very stressful unfortunately. And our dog was left alone too many hours because she didn't stick to the schedule! We told her we wouldn't mind if she would be a bit late or early but 3 hours?! Then she lied and said she would be back later & never did. Currently in disbelief because of all the good reviews we saw on our profile. She was texting all friendly to us, showing pictures, thanking us for the gift we got her so we can't believe this happened.
