Growing up there were always at least 3 dogs in my house: two large breed dogs and one medium breed. I was responsible for taking care of them. Currently, I'm the proud mama of a rescued mini schnauzer. I have experience working with different types of dogs. Dogs that are energetic and dogs that are lazy. I also have experience working with dogs that are afraid of dogs, humans, or both. I understand that each dog is different and has it's own personality. The key to understanding any dog is to listen to their individual needs and tailor interactions to meet those specific needs. As an EMT, I know human first aid which for the most part can be applied to animals. I'm also responsible and hardworking. I enjoy being around animals.
