Karen has been taking care of my Lhasa apso and my Shitzu for two weeks every summer for the past three years. She is an absolute doll and my babies love her. Charlie and Gina don't get along with just anyone, but they adore Karen. She has a way with them that I cannot put into words. I guess you can say she takes "takes the brat out of them". She always follows their meal plan and has always made sure to comb their hair just like I ask. I recommend her to anyone with brats like mine.
