Pet care experience
I have been around or owned dogs and cats all my life so I am completely comfortable with all types of dogs (large and small, as well as different personality types). I am an absolute dog lover. We lost our furrbabies a few years ago so I would love to play and care for your pup. We have a large fenced in yard with a wooded area that is great for your dog to run free and play. Because I am a stay at home mom I have a flexible schedule and most times can work around yours. My kids are great with dogs and definitely get their love of animals from me :) I am also comfortable administering medications as needed. Whether in my home or yours, I would love to be your go-to caregiver for your furrbabies!

Since this would be the first time that I ever leave Prince with anyone, I decided to do a test trial to see how he would be with strangers. I thought he would be home sick and missing me, but from the picture Karen provided me during his stay proved that he loved his time there. He had Karen and her two boys keeping him very entertained. He look like he was part of that family. Wasn't sure if he could want to come back home to me 😂. I will definitely be booking a longer stay with Karen, knowing that I can go away for a week and have peace of mind.
Willow absolutely loves Karen and her family! Excellent care and I would highly recommend Karen. Willow is a very chilled dog who enjoys hanging out or just laying beside you watching all your routines throughout the day. Well done and thanks so much!

Is your dog good with young kids?
A typical day
I have a good size fenced in back yard where your dog can run and burn off that extra energy. Part of my back yard is wooded so there is ample amounts of shade so your baby doesn't overheat; but I also have a deck if your dog is a sunbather ;) I am 3 minutes from a greenway which is very dog friendly. My neighborhood also allows for great dog walks. And if those aren't enough, my toddler sure will run the extra energy out! It's a win-win! :) My husband and I LOVE snuggling with furrbabies at night...so if yours is a lapdog they will receive lots of snuggles.
