I have had dogs and cats my entire life from Cairn Terriers to a St. Bernard to several unaltered male Dobermans at once. I live in a quiet neighborhood and it is 1 mile from my doorstep to the entranceway and back or 3 miles to the Wawa and back, so I can give your dog the chance to fulfill his need to explore. I have fenced in backyard that is mostly post and rail and we are working on getting a 6' stockade put in for more security. I am usually home, when I go out a dog always comes with me. My main source of income is breeding Coton De Tuléar, which is on hold for a few years until I have found a new stud. I have experience in safely giving medications and treating wounds/injuries, as well. My expertise is with new puppies and getting them the experiences and exposures to different things so that they can pass their CGC from AKC. As a breeder, I am extremely comfortable with unaltered dogs but do require the proper sanity gear be worn, if needed. *NOTE: I am more than happy to board your dog for an extended period. The boarding fee only covers the overnights and the doggy daycare fee only covers daylight hours, which together I will modify to cover the full 24 hour period

I own and raise top winning show dogs. Karen has taken care of my dogs as if they were her own. Her knowledge of dog language and communication is unmatched. I am extremely picky about where my dogs are boarded. I require my caretaker to be available to meet my dogs' needs day or night. Karen goes above and beyond. I was very impressed and would highly recommend anyone who wants a home type experience for their pet to use her.
So informative with how my pooch Rover is doing throughout his stay with Karen, gives frequent updates throughout the day. She really makes sure Rover is given everything to make his stay happy and is truly thriving. She gives him plenty of play time in her big back yard and also works with him on obedience training. I am so glad and lucky to have found her!
Karen has raised dogs for many years. She's not only an expert on how to their how to handle their temperament and habits but she also knows about food and grooming. I'd trust Karen with any dog! :)

No breed preferences as we have owned collies, terriers, Beagles, Dobs, Rotties, Las and now Cotons over the years. Would just like to know if the dog is aggressive or has any dislikes/likes that could attribute to any behavior issues. I do specialize in early puppy training and crate training. I also need to know if your dog is an escape artist as I have had a dog that learned how to open a locked doggie door.
A typical day
I like to take dogs to Home Depot and Lowes to get them the socialization that benefits many dogs. I also go to Fox Run so they can sniff along the sidewalk but only when the weather is nice. I have a large back yard with many interactive areas that MY dogs enjoy climbing and running through, hopefully your dogs will also like it.
